I frequently get asked what products I use to help maintain such long, thick, healthy hair — so I decided to share the products and routines that have truly worked for me! Over the years, I’ve learned that healthy hair isn’t just about one “magic” product, but rather a combination of consistent care, nourishing ingredients, and protecting your hair from unnecessary damage. From shampoos and masks to oils, styling products, and everyday habits, these are the staples that have helped keep my hair feeling strong, soft, and healthy. Using a heat protector is a must to help protect your hair from high temps whether you are using a straighter, curler, or even blow dryer. I use this every time I put heat to my hair.
Detangler Leave-In Conditioner Spray for Frizz Control & Heat Protection. I put this in my hair right after a shower. Works great to get tangles and knots out - especially with my long hair.
I put this only on my face framing hairs to help protect them, regain strength, and help support them to grow - as they got pretty damaged from a previous hair disaster (story for another time). I put this on ONLY days I am NOT putting heat to my hair.
